With this work I tried to make a synthesis of the most important aspects of collaborative and cooperative work. I thought that important because, as several authors refer, it's not easy to make distinction of those techniques. Moreover, due the directive characteristics of cooperative learning, sometimes this technique is applied in a very "directive" learning /teaching process that has a very different philosophy of the most modern online theories as for example those that preconize transparency.
